The possibilities for president, treasurer and secretary are:
10 for president * 9 for treasurer (remaining people after president is chosen) * 8 for secretary (remaining people after treasurer is chosen) or 720 possibilities.

Only one of those 720 is Peter, Mary, Susan as president, treasurer and secretary in that order.

1/720 is the probability.

Since there are 10 people, there are 10x9x8 = 720 ways to choose the executive committee.

The way you mentioned is just one way, so the probability would be:

1/720
