I recently asked a question along the lines of 'why are they so many american football questions posted on the football (soccer) catagory and this proves the point that it dos happen.
The answer to your question is that I would take the money as I am a follower of the Dolphins and I cant do any worse that the last few coaches have done.

Yes of course I would but Nick Saban left Miami because he preferred being a college coach in the less pressured atmosphere. I think he'll win a national title at Alabama and at $32m over eight years, it's not like he'll be on the breadline.

He was actually on more money per year at Miami but Alabama offered more stability but the money wasn't the biggest factor, he's a multi-millionaire either way.

Premiership managers earn up to £5m a year in the case of José Mourinho (Chelsea) and as little as £300k for Aidy Boothroyd (Watford)

Sure; I know I could do a better job than Saban did, he foolishly tried to deal with men the way he dealt with boys - not going to work. He's back in the college ranks where he needs to be.

I would not do it. The amount of money would not offset the kind of stress and pressure that would be dumped on you. If the team does bad, you're always the scapegoat.

No because surely someone else would offer me more than that not to coach them.
