Hey Captain Cage, thanks for your request to answer this particular question you've posted.
I concur for the most part with almost everyone who has posted an answer to this question, because the truth is that there isn't any particular or specific pre-sexual preparation of the foreskin when it comes to having sex. I do know that not all men have the same type of foreskin. Some men have a normal, flexible foreskin that when flaccid it covers the glans (head) completely, but can easily be retracted whether flaccid or erect. In this particular case the skin will retract naturally either partialy or completely on it's own when the men becomes erect. Some men have a longer than usual foreskin which even when erect, covers the glans completely. In such a case some men prefer to retract the skin before sexual intercourse.....or they just let the natural movement of the skin work on it's own inside the women, helped out by the in and out thrusts.
Watching alot of the questions being posted in this category, I have discovered that alot of young men are having trouble with tight and overly-tight foreskins. I really had no idea that the situation was that serious, mainly because I never really suffered anything like that. I can't say how a man with an overly-tight foreskin will actually deal with cleanliness, let alone having sex. I assume that it's like having a natural sheath or condom over their glans (head). I guess we'd have to hear from a man with that particular condition to understand the solutions. As for all other unircumcised men, it really depends on the man's particular preference, and how it feels to them. Everyone is different in their techniques when it involves the foreskin.
On a personal level, I apparently have a relatively short foreskin, because when I become erect, my foreskin retracts completely on it's own.....leaving the glans (head) completely exposed, as if I were circumcised. Granted, there is a small amount of loose skin......but it's a good thing for me, because that loose skin is mainly the internal skin which is the most sensitive sexually.
As far as putting on a condom is concerned, it is recommended that an uncircumcised man retract the foreskin to provide a proper fit, and proper movement during intercourse. Beyond that, there is no Standard Operating Procedure.
I hope that we have been able to help you clear up your doubts or curiosities.
Best of Luck!

Very well! There are no problems, and an intact man has a lot more pleasure than a cut man. So does his woman. There is no downside to being whole! The foreskin usually retracts when the penis gets erect, and then it's good to go. See a full explanation at http://www.cirp.org/pages/anat/ - especially the part about the gliding action. Mmmmmm!

Nope, at all!
Foreskin pulls itself back during the penetration, as like as it does during the act or during the masturbation.
Just those movements give more pleasure during the act for the men and for the girl too (touching more near clitoris).
Foreskin isn't an useless skin and gives no difficulty!

Well, just consider about 2 billion guys are uncircumcised, while only a few hundred million at most are circumcised. It goes in the same hole, does the same thing, nothing special required, the circumcised guys just have less sensitivity due to the mutilation.

It works just the same way. There is no need to pull the skin back. The skin does its own functionality perfectly with no bothering and hassle.
The skin will not break, unless you pull it with a truck or something. The skin is capable of supporting regular sexual actions :)

The foreskin can give them more pleasure due to more movement. It is the same way as every one else. Cleanliness is of utmost importance. But that goes for every one.

the same way circumsized men do, except:
when we achieve arousal the foreskin automatically is drawn away from the penis.
otherwise, we are the same!
undressed, aroused, anxious to go for the gusto, love the work involved, and crave the end result.

They have sex the same way circumcised men do!
No pulling back or anything like that.

Yes they should pull their foreskin right back before sex, but uncircumcised men have greatly inferior sex compared with circumcised men. It's the samewith their female partners - they have far better sex with a circumcised man. All men should be circumcised.

Think back a few thousand years - it was always there and not alway removed, so if it's a natural part of the equipment, it's not likely to be that troubesome is it?
