How would the human life experience be different if humans had life expectancies like dogs or horses?

Suppose humans reached puberty at the age of one, were adolescents at ages one and two, were in prime reproductive years between ages three and six, reached middle age at eight, and were senior citizens by age twelve. Average life expectancy might be fifteen.

How would life on earth be different than it is today?
