I stopped eating for a couple of weeks once and I definitely looked thinner. But I also fainted three times a day and got incredibly sick, so I wouldn't suggest it. Just eat healthy, exercise. Write down what you eat and count your calories you're less likely to binge-eat. You may not lose the weight as soon as you would with an extreme fast or a fad diet but it's more likely to stay of and you won't hurt your body in the process.

Eliminate bread, milk, bad fats & caffeine from your diet. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Eat vegetables, salads, protein & high fiber foods. Meat should be broiled not fried, vegetables should be steamed. Salad dressing at a minimum because it is high in fats.
I did this once & lost 7 lbs in a week, but was miserable. I will probably do it again very soon as I need to get rid of the "holiday bulges" but will be prepared this time for the withdrawal symptoms e.g. the headache from no coffee.

eat fruit only and cottege cheese. run for an hour once or more a day. get enough rest though. it will make your body feel better. but loosiing weight in that little of time isnt very good for you.

starve yourself lol but i wouldn't recommend that! you can buy these special packs with a cream in and film, you apply this for two hours and you instantly loose inches! it only lasts 24 hours though so its good for special occasions. i have forgotten what it is called though

sit ups are awesome. they flatten your stomach.also a healthy low calorie diet should do the trick. and wearing black makes you look slimmer. good luck!!!!
