It could be that you typed the site in wrong. You could be one letter off or you used the wrong extension (.com for .org for instance).
Very likely is that the site you went to let their registration expire and a porn site took it over. If that is the case, there is nothing you can do but look for another site with information similar to what you were wanting.
If this happens for other pages, suspect a virus or adware. Run antivirus and adware removal programs.

If you are sure of the address you are typing in then you are infected. Run the 3 scans below to fix it.
Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from Trendmicro. When I have tested it it takes some time to run it but it may be time well spent if it can fix any problems.
Download and run http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.

.net
etc

maybe it is not.com...try .org, or .net or .gov
