I've tried aloe vera juice for it's cleansing properties, the taste isn't the greatest....but if you mix it with a little apple juice it's ok!

I drank it daily for about three months. I was having digestion issues prior to that, so I did a cleansing process that included drinking aloe vera juice. In case you haven't experience it and are planning to try it, beware of the cheap stuff, like the brand Wal-Mart sells for $10 a gallon. It's so nasty tasting you might not make it through the whole gallon. If you're committed, go to the health food store and spend a little more (about $20 gal.).

i've used it on minor burns and had miraculous results. the pain is gone and the burn heals very rapidly.
I had a friend in college that took a aloe vera gel for upset stomach. She said it helped her. I don't where she bought it, though. it wasn't something off the shelf, looked like something they made for her in the pharmacy.
