Thats a tough question..are you trying to trick me? I find women attractive but not sure I would date one. So I don't think I would date a man if he had a vagina.

But seriously, hermaphroditic people do exist. If it is something a man (or partially a man) can't help, I wouldn't penalize (no pun intended) somebody for something beyond their control.
