i need to re-word this or pad it out so it still makes sence.
i cant use it in its exact wording as our tutor let the entire class copy it out.
and before you start i know that i havent used capitals.

The customer has a right to request a copy of our Salon Policies.
The customer has a right to expect the Salon's adherence to Health and Safety Precautions.
The customer has a Right to Privacy Act.
The customer has a right to know the laws and legislation's governing the Salon and their best interest.

Our Salon's role is to remain polite, courteous and professional at all times in order to deliver a service to you, the customer. In return we expect from you, the customer:

Respect toward our stylists
Payment for services rendered
Courteousy
Future visits
Non fraudulent claims
Promptly kept appointments

You could start with something like;

The Right Of The Client.

The clients personal data should only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
The client should be made aware of the Salon's policies and Health and safety regulations for the protection of themselves and the stylists. A n example of this could be to advise customers either verbally or by way of posters or information sheets about the location of Fire Exits in the event of a fire.
Also any rules regarding eating and drinking on the premises should be clearly visible to the client.



This is just a suggestion of how you can start. I'm sure once you get going it will flow easily as it does not look like a particularly challenging piece of text.
