It hasn´t arrived to Argentina yet, but I read it had a lot of controversy because many people believe it is a copy of "Dangerous Minds" that beautiful movie where Michelle Pfeiffer is an exmarine who teaches students literature. But you know if you like those kinda films where a teacher must face a marginal group and improve their life apart from "Freedom Writers" I recomend you to see "Coach Carter", "Dangerous Minds" , "music of the Heart" and "The Chorus (Les Choristes)"..if you are into those kinda movies, go and watch it, it seems to be really nice and Swank is an excellent actress. So I recommend you to watch it.

Yep. quite great action picture. Hillary Swank nailed it. I cudnt have self idea it grew to change into good right into a actual life tale. inspite of if it grew to change into into... the girl quite tried... She worked 2 more suitable jobs to pay for her first interest merely to make those little ones see life the way it truly is...

The movie was really good. It was an uplifting story and it was nice to know it was a true story. It might be a tiny bit upsetting if you are squemish but i wouldnt worry.

I was going to see it with my mother, but she said the reviews were incredibly bad and that people were surprised that Hilary Swank took on this movie.
...I still kind of want to see it though. :)
