I have internet with att (sbc) and when i go to my homepage sometimes a new page pops out and tells me to enable javascript. How do u do that, and how can u enable cookies

Get some pop up blocker software

In Internet Explorer to enable javascript, go to Tools > Internet Options > Internet > Security > Custom Level > Scripting > Active Scripting > Enable > OK > Yes > OK.

control panel > internet options > privacy
here, you have the settings for your pop-up blocker.
you can add your home page or other web pages that you don't want to have a pop-up.
you can modify your web browser to don't have a pop-up black here, but it's recommanded to don't do that (it's dangerous).
you can click on your pop-up and install the activX , or unable other things too.
