I hear a lot of artists say go buy 4 copies of their album,i have never done that,never will. Have u ever been dumb enough to? If so get a refund,i buy one and rip it into itunes and i',m good to go.

No. Look at grocery coupons. Do you save by buying brand name at a higher cost rather than a generic brand? Example 40 cents off 2 cans of soup. Soup is 1:40 a can brand, generic is 1:00 did you save money? It's all a sales gimmick. Don't buy what U don't need. I love it when the question is asked ("is this on sale?") of course everything there is on sale. I hope this helps & maybe even answered your question.

ive got 2 and 3 copies of some albums but thats because they have a limited special edition 2nd disc most of them

buying four copies of an artist recording is not dumb. This is how they support them selves. If you have the money to help, Good!

If not, your either broke or stingy.
