doc sends me for ct of belly, i have pnmonina,i have chest pains,short of breathe,radiology recommends, ct of chest doc says i dont need one cause i already had chest xray[,clear] i still have pain go to er they give me chest ct they find heart disease, and enlarged spleen and some other things, i told them for months about pain, they say im normal, is heart disease normal should i see an attorney?

yes, heart disease is VERY common. worry less about suing right now and put your efforts into getting treated for heart disease and all the other stuff. it all sounds treatable. you'll need to put all your efforts into getting well and worry about lawsuits later. just be glad they found everything now -- early enough to treat it.
keep in mind that docs only look at what they are looking for, sometimes you might get one that notices something else.

No, you shold not consult an attorney. If you really think there is some malpractice going on (the doctor should have diagnosed you earlier AND it caused damages), start taking good notes regarding your medical records/doctor's visits.
Doctors aren't perfect and not everything is a lawsuit. Worry about your health, not obtaining a windfall through the justice system

Go see another doctor if the one you ahve qon't help you.
