Fiber cereals, nuts, apples and increase water intake. Exercise an help too.

I found taking 2 teaspoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar in a drink at dinner, along with adding walnuts or almonds to my cereal does the trick and there's no more constipation problems. I try to do this daily, to ward of attacks.

fibery foods i.e, bread or dried fruit. They help get everything moving the way it should. I think it was aloe vera that worked for me. Why dont you run down to your local pharmasist and ask if there is any over the counter meds you can take for constipation. oh and dont worry there is no need to be embarresed people ask for somet relief for constipation ALL the time. good luck

Prunes and apple sauces. These make your bowels move easier. Stay away from anything that is milk products and vitamine D.
