When you are trying to count something, do they mess you up?
Do you have to start counting all over again?

My husband does that to me... It used to drive me crazy, but now I can count and just block him out.
I've never found a use for the skill.. but if presented, I'll be ready................1.2.3.4.9...oh crap...

Oh totally and completely!
I'm so not a numbers person. Words? I'm ok. Numbers? It's almost like a foreign language. So if I'm counting and get distracted my brain can't even begin to register where I was. So undoubtedly I have to start over. What does that say about me? (ok besides the whole sucking at numbers thing... lol)

I have to start all over again, and if they do it again I have to restart...it's annoying, but this will only happen with numbers though, if I am listing people or items it doesn't happen.
