Some are. However, truly intelligent women would know better than to make a completely generalizing statement like what you did.
Women are not all alike. We are individuals. Some women let themselves be used and abused by men, and then some women feel they have to boss men around like they are incompitant babies; Hmmm...that doesn't sound too bright to me.
I would say that whether someone is male or female doesn't mean anything as far as their intelligence. It has to do with the individuals up-bringing and education.
