Is it okay to be Anti-Social?

It depends on how it manifests itself. Some anti-socials just don't feel like being around other people much, so the keep to themselves. That's no big deal. But, some anti-socials want to actually harm others. That's not cool!

Yes it is, my daddy always told me this:

"I stay to myself, and stay outta trouble"

he was Irish.
