Nobody thought about viewing people and places in a distant place before TV was invented... Now Star Trek Movie advances the imagination. Is it possible? will it happen in the future- to move or transfer people from one world to another, in a moment of seconds??

It can't be ruled out. Physicists today generally say, "no", but there's no conclusive proof that it cannot be done. Instantaneous teleportation of quantum attributes is already a demonstrated fact, it's being done all the time in laboratories today, but that does not mean that we can teleport people.
