The answers refering to the Red Giant phase of the Sun are incorrect. That's more like 5 billion years a way, not 5 million.

I have no idea what Earth will look like after 5 million years and would not even venture a guess.

I think humans will be dominating every single place in the planet, and there will be less trees and forests, and therefore, less animals. Perhaps at that time humans will have conquered Mars and the Moon and we may be thinkin' in expanding our territory.
