How come I don't get sore after working out? (this always seems to happen to me, I get sore after my first workout in months but after that I never get sore....In other words...If I train my muscles on a weeks basis I don't ever get sore.) Why is this?

either you're not training hard enough or you've already trainded so much that you're very strong. Try using heavier weights and stuff

Continue exercising. If you really want to get sore, spend an hour or two doing the same exercise like moving only one arm up and down fast - that would result in muscular pain (but it's worth it).
