How come I don't get sore after working out? (this always seems to happen to me, I get sore after my first workout in months but after that I never get sore....In other words...If I train my muscles on a weeks basis I don't ever get sore.) Why is this?

When one is fit, one does not get sore except when muscles are fatigued.
Continue exercising. If you really want to get sore, spend an hour or two doing the same exercise like moving only one arm up and down fast - that would result in muscular pain (but it's worth it). The body adapts to movement. Movements made regularly will cause your body to produce more adrenaline for e.g. After some time, it will be like a reflex.
For now, enjoy being well and continue exercising.

This is what's called a plateau. That's what you keep hitting. That means it's time to change up the workout, make it a little more challenging. I hope you're not working out the same muscles every time you work out. If you are, you are going to freeze yourself in a big rut, and never grow much more than you have.
You have to change up your routine. Do things that are challenging to your muscles, and especially not the same thing every time you work out.

Canker sores run their direction, yet could be helped with the aid of preserving them sparkling (alcohol unfastened mouthwash) brushing your tooth and preserving irritants faraway from them like sugar, salty ingredients, acidic ingredients, and so on. you are not getting pimples interior your mouth. you have gotten them on the outdoors of your mouth, yet then you definately might even have herpes simplex virus variety a million while you're transforming into sores on your lips and interior your mouth.
