Windows already has a driver loaded for your dvd-rom, you don't need to download any driver. What you need is a burning app to burn your dvds. You can use Window Media Player 11, Nero or any other burning apps.

Windows has DVD drivers. It should have recognized new software and installed it for you when you booted up.
