I have many sex lovers and I don't want to get pregnant so what is the best contraception method to use.I always forget the pills and I had IUD but sometimes it is painful especially during my period.I want a safe and effective method for conraception to help me during my multi sex affairs.

Well I would say the Pill and condoms together but seeing as you said you forget to take the pills, maybe you should consider the contraceptive injections or implant.
My friend had the injections but she refused to go (to her mother) so they put her on the implant and she said it hardly hurts when it's implanted.
Even if you do get the injection or implant I would still recomend that you use condoms though- just to be on the safe side against pregnancy and STI's

If you have many sexual partners, you should be using condoms. They are the *only* form of birth control that will help prevent transmission of sexually transmitted diseases.
As a back-up to prevent pregnancy, you might want to try depo provera - a shot you get every three months.

try using condoms and better still, sticking to 1 person . u must have one hell of a reputation.

Ok, you say you dont want to get pregnant. How about not wanting a disease? Use a condom everytime and you will lower your risk of getting an STD. It will also help to not get pregnant. Please whatever you do, dont reproduce.
