The way we think, the way we see things, is affected by the way we are brought up.
School education is just one part, and even if we all go to the same schools, the way we react to life will be different.
Nobody has the monopoly of answers, no specific group of people whether defined by race, gender, IQ, EQ... is always right, and no group is always wrong.
Diversity, however defined, brings maximum benefits if it is combined with tolerance and open minds. If we listen to others and we can often come up with better solutions.

The only real benefit that my narrow minded perspective can see -- regardless of country and race, is that it allows you to see more than one option, so that you may better appreciate the difference of right and wrong. "Diversity" should NEVER be simply about race and race relations.
