although nothing is 100% effective, the best and easiest for me was the depo shot.... until the 2nd time I was on it... it caused a lot of problems, but you just get one shot every 3 months.. so easy.... Also you might look into getting an IUD... it can last up to 5 years... and when you ever decide to have kids, they can just remove it and then you can get prego immediately....

well abstinance is the only 100% sure bet but you can also use protection (condoms, birth control) but that's not even a 100% bet u can still get pregnant

use birth control to be safe use 2 forms condom is always a croud pleaser but chose a second that is her responsability pill faom sponge shot ect if one fails the other will help but if you only have one and it failes your f*cked for lack of beter word
