Very distantly related. Cockroaches are terrestrial, lobsters are marine. Both are invertebrates and arthropods but that's just about where the similarities end.

They are both in Phylum Arthropoda, but in different classes.
Roaches - Class Insecta
Lobsters - Class Crustacea
