Contact your local dept of Records,but you will need specific info as names, dates. If didnt happen locally then contact the state dept of records where happened. Good luck

if a marriage certificate is considered a public record then you could go to the town clerk and find out or use a people finder

you would have to go to the ,registry office where the marriage took place.
