A bit the same as other people who have to keep a straight face during their job. A really professional girl would be able to keep a straight face. Why not? Its her living.
My hub was in hospital the night a guy was brought in with something he had inserted into his rectum. Yes the nurses had a twinkle in their eye when they emerged from the curtain but they had to keep straight faces. Its their job.
What made you think of this though???

Being easy and not worrying what others think of made adult adult males's existence rather much less complicated, hence happier in the context of the humorous tale.
