that I would like to add as friends on my 360 profile but some don't except e mail, is there another way I can contact them & ask if I can add them to my list?

And often,when there is an e-mail address and you composed one and send it you get the message:oops your e-mail could not be send this persons e-mail address is not confirmed.
What a waste of time and energy.
All you can do is see if you have access to their 360 page.what i doubt if they don't allow e-mail or use of messenger.
No other way to add them.Sorry.
