There's a place here that has a fire brick oven for pizza. . .It's called a California White. . .chicken, smoked portabella's, red onion, slivered almonds, broccoli, cheese. . .with a white/ranch type of sauce.
It is heavenly!!
I can get about 3 pieces down. . .then I'm done.
