Are there any new freeware transcoders and/or decryptors out there that are more up-to-date?

I still use DVD shrink with no problems. The only time I ever had problems was when I updated Nero, so I reloaded Nero and have never updated it again.
Have you tried using DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0?

I was going to suggest what Allen already did.
Only 2 movies have I not been able to burn with DvD Shrink ( i have version 3.2.0.15).
It wouldnt because it couldnt handle the encryption.
I ran them through DVD Decryptor ( have the version allen mentioned )first and then was able to.
