Ok, this one is not for the faint hearted, and i dont want to be judged by anyone...

Well, my girlfriend started her period, and we had sex in the pool without a condom on her 2nd dayof the period. She still continued her period on the 3rd day.

She is on the pill, but only for about 2 weeks now.

What would you say the chances are of her getting pregnant?

Not very high. She can only get pregnant if she is ovulating and that happens somewhere between periods. It is still a slim possibility if her periods arent regular, and the docs always say to be on the pill 30 days before you dont use another form of protection. If it is driving you nuts, go buy her a pregnancy test, most of them are something like 99% accurate - even just a couple of days since you had sex.
By the way, nothing wrong with having sex when she is on her period..not in my humble opinion anyway. Been there, done that.

Very very very low, but possible! Always cover up. A woman is most fertile on and after he day of ovulation, which is 14 days after the FIRSt day of her period. The egg is supposed to die after 5 days from the time she ovulated... but this doesnt' always happen. Sometimes the egg stays in the uterus and is able to be fertilized, bleeding or not... If you want to have sex while she's on her period then the later in her period you have sex the better beause there is no more lining for the embryo to grab on to.

I'd say the chances are really slim but if you are really worried and it's within 72 hours she can get the morning after pill. Have her call her gyn. A pregnancy test wouldn't tell her she is pregnant until just before her next period is due anyway. The morning after pill is said to prevent the pregnancy from occurring.

Not very good because a woman most often gets pregnant two weeks after her period when she is 'ovulating'. Yea it is remotely possible but don't get too worried about it because the pills will throw off her cycle for awhile as well.

Her chances of being pregnant are quite low. There are not many cases of women getting pregnant while on their period.

If you're still unsure however, have her take a pregnancy test. Good luck.

First off, you need to be on the pill for a month or 2 for it to become effective. The chances of becoming pregnant while menstruating are very low.

her chances are very very slim because once a women starts her period it means an egg was released. so if you wanted to get her pregnant your sperm would have to meet the egg before its release(ovulation) but since she started her period already i don't think your chances are so hot!! sorry but count 14 days from the first day of her period which would be her most fertile day and you will have a better chance good luck!!

maybe you should ask questions like this before you have sex and accidentally knock someone up.
The chances are not a lot but it still is possible she could get pregnant.

pretty much zero. It is possible to get pregnant while the girl is on her period, but not the 2nd day, unless she only has a 16 day cycle!

Right on!! Well, since blood is coming out of her, its unlikely that the juice wouldnt do the same thing. women bleed for about a week or so, but sperm can live for a few days. i dont think you have anything to worry about mate.
