I'm looking for association to help young foreigners students?

I'm Iraqi. 20 years old. I live in Syria because of the war. I want to study English in a foreign university but it costs too much . I want to find some one who can help me . I'm sure that I can do all my best .

There is all kinds of financial aid available to foreign students here at the University of Toronto....(Canada) .grants/loans/scholarships/bursaries....and the English Dept. is one of the best in North America. Further information can be found at www.utoronto.ca.
