I went into labor at the end of 28 weeks. It started with back pain that started a few days before labor actually started. The day it did start, I saw a small amount of blood after going to the bathroom. About a half hour after that, I started with contractions that weren't that bad. I was able to have the labor stopped after being in the hospital for four days (and dilated 4 cm.), but it started again at the end of 29 weeks. There was no blood this time, but I had contractions, and they were stopped with another four days in the hospital (still at 4 cm.). When I went into labor again at the beginning of 31 weeks, I knew for sure it was for real. The contractions got intense pretty quickly but I got an epidural and even though I could still fell them, they weren't as bad as before I got it. I think pre term labor is just as hard as full term labor, especially because the woman's body is prepared for it (at least mine wasn't: I was dilating but the baby hadn't dropped and it was harder to push the baby out).

Check here a very effective Sciatica Natural Treatment ( http://cure-sciatica.info )
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

Ive been in preterm labor 4 time already in this pregnancy im 35 weeks now, but the first 2 times they were allright withthe contractions, i didnt break my water but i did feel this tighting feeling in my stomach and it wasnt like she was rolling around in there, but they gave me tributaleen twice and i spent thanksgivin in the hospital for 3 days with the 3rd time and this 4th time they just sent me home, if you ever feel like your not sure call your labor and delivery and speak to a nurse and ask them if you should come in or not, but dehydration is a big thing in pre term labor and stress, so drink lots of water and make sure you can feel your baby moving, if you cant feel your baby moving after 2 hours go to the hospital and let them know

My son was born at 30 weeks I had a very difficult pregnancy ending with a placental abrupt ion(placenta pulling away from uterus wall) so this may not help you. But first I had bleeding and then clotting, my lowed back was agony along with cramping in abdomen.I'm going to skip the rest and tell you that the light of life arrived via a crash c section and was actual fairly healthy with most pre term problems.
hope this helped
