How can we make a bubbled up paint on the car look better – black colour has been painted on a red Micra but the finish looks like Snake skin

Hello All I have recently purchased aBlack colour Nissan micra 1996 my problem is that they had an accident few years back and they have replaced the door and the back panel from a red colour Nissan micra so to make it look better they have painted black on it but the problem now is the new paint did not give a smooth finish and it looks like snake skin (bubbles) can any one give me a cheap and easy idea on how I can make this look smooth and better.

Your answer for this will be greatly appreciated

it needs to be sanded off and whatever is under those bubbles ( probably body filler from tiny dings ) needs a few days to off gas. prime it, and again some time to cure then black again . good paint jobs need time.

soon those bubbles will flake off, you will need to sand the door and back panel and have it repainted, if they can match it to the rest of the car that would be the cheepest, if not you will have to reshoot the whole car.

i'm sorry but, cheap really won't be unless you go to macco. you have some orange peel there. sand that section down, primer it ,and then paint it, you can then throw cheap clear on it if you feel froggy.
