You cannot legally bet on elections or make bets where the end result has been predetermined. Since the WWE is scripted, it is known behind the scenes who will win before the event begins.
This is the same reason you cannot bet on reality TV, the Oscars, etc.

Whether it's WWE or TNA it's all scripted, part of a storyline.the winner's decided beforehand.Tho if you're a fan like me 9/10 times you've a fair idea who's gonna win.

You can, but the winner is scripted. Whoever the WWE/TNA scriptwriters want to win, well that's just the way the cookie crumbles.

It's fake. It would be like betting on who was going to win in a movie.

well the reason for that is!wrestling is not fake i do it and it hurts a lot!now it is fake you are told who wins and who are meant to be thats why you cant bet but its not fake you get in the rign it hurts a lot!!!

because the results are predetermined. Vince McMahon even confessed to it many years ago to get out of having to pay the fees to the sports commission.

the writers plan who is going to win the match and the wrestlers know ahead of time who is going to win.They also rehearse the moves they are going to use before the match.
