on the vehicle drop how do i get the vehicles on the left i can get the bike and the boat but i dont know the plane and the jeep

Was there a plane?I thought its a Helicopter.But anyways Just keep playing Cause you'll unlock them soon.

You need to capture more towns and villages and do more missions, in turn getting more respect.
