Ah. i am quite familiar with that. They are Devil's Arms chests. First, you have to pick up the evil eye after smashing the Bacura in Toize Valley Mines by examining it. Then when Colette is back in your party, go to Flanoir and talk to the guy in front of the church on the first screen. He is Abyssion and will give you Nebilim, a sword for Lloyd and Nebilim's Key. You may equip it and see it actually DECREASES his attack severely. It does so for all the characters. But wait. After you find all the Devil's Arms, you go to the Temple of Darkness to have Abyssion seal them. But oh no! He betrays you. I would not recommend fighting him unless you are at least level 80 with best weapons. If you plan on using an All-Divide, level 70 is good, but the battle will take about 20 minutes. On mania, I would not recommend fighting him unless level 150 or higher (10x Exp grade purchase). After you kill him, equip the Devil's Arms onto your most used character. Hey, I didn't know Lloyd could do over 1000 damage per hit. The power of the weapon depends on how many people you kill with that character. If you transfer over battle data for 10 grade, my Lloyd did over 2500 damage per hit. I killed the last Kratos in 2 seconds:) The locations are as follows. Toize Valley Mine, Latheon Gorge, Gaoracci forest, Altamira at night, Welgaiga, Temple of Earth, one more for a chest. One, you have to talk to people in Triet after teh otherworldly gate and then kill the Sandworm. The Heart of Chaos is gotten after obtaining all the others and talking to Abyssion in Flanoir. He does not attack you until the temple of Darkness. You have to talk to Koton, the man on Hakonesia peak who gave you the Spiritua book thing. Those are all nine of them.
