Why did they change the theme music for ER? The new theme is terrible!

They are using the short little opening along with all of the credits at the bottom of the screen (cast ,etc) to "save time" but it is more trendy to the producers probably

A lot of shows have cut their theme music down or done away with it completely. They do this because so many of the shows have shorter time slots now. That really doesn't make sense for E.R. since it's always been an hour long, but that's the excuse they use. I think they're just following with the trend. I also do no like it, I liked it better, when they showed all the main characters.

I lost interest around the time Dr Greene left, caught it a couple weeks ago, what happened? It used to be interesting, now, not so much.

Probably because they have new actors along with some of the old.
