Women have different bodies and bone structure. Your bump is probably the right size for your body. Don't worry, as long as you are going for your scans and the baby is showing to be putting on weight you will be fine. With my first daughter, now 2, because I was so ill throughout the whole pregnancy my bump was small but I didn't carry much fluid, so the whole bump was baby, I'm now 32 weeks pregnant with my 2nd daughter and I have put on loads of weight and am feeling pretty massive. Every woman, pregnancy and baby is different. You will be fine, good luck xx

Im 22 weeks and only just showing. Everyone was telling me how small I was and have just got a bit of a fat roll. When I went for my scan last week the measurements were taken and the baby is perfect in size. I know you must be feeling worried but dont be. Im very tall and slim so I think it depends on your size and height.

I barely showed at all at 20 weeks, then I suddenly started getting bigger every day! It depends on the person. My mum never showed until she was 8 months.
Your midwife will measure you fundal height, which is a more important indicator than whether you are generally perceived to be 'showing'.

A friend of mine got to nine months and was hardly showing. Personally I got a bump very early on, but others who got theirs later still managed to get bigger by the end.
As long as everything seems healthy I wouldn't worry about it, everyone's different.

Lucky you! I got big very quickly. My son's girlfriend is now 14 weeks pregnant and hasn't changed shape at all and has put no weight on. Everyone is different but if in doubt it's always best to check with doctor or midwife. good luck.

I wouldn't worry to much, I didn't start showing until I was over 25 weeks with my first one. But if you have concerns talk to your midwife, ask for an ultra sound just to make sure. Good luck and don't stress.

I wouldn't worry either, my wife was 20 weeks yesterday and she has just started to show. I think over the next few weeks that is when your belly should start to show.
Good luck with it all and don't worry

I didn't start really showing until my fifth month. Everyone is different and they all show at different times. Some earlier than others, and vise versa. I wouldn't worry about it, but if you do, just ask your doctor for the reassurance. Hope that helps hun :-)

It's completely normal. I had a sister in law that didn't show till she was seven months along. She ended having a 7lb. 9.5oz.
baby boy. I on the other hand would really show at 6wks. for both of my pregs. and my oldest weighed only 5lbs. 1oz. and my baby only weighed 3lbs. 7oz. of my last one was 7wks. premature. Good Luck and God Bless,
