A supernova is an event, not a type of star, but what's left behind is usually a neutron star (much denser than a white dwarf) or a black hole (essentially infinitely dense) and an expanding cloud of gas and dust (much less dense than a white dwarf). Right before the supernova explosion, the core of the star collapses to a much denser form than a white dwarf; in fact, one type of supernova is caused by the collapse of a white dwarf.
No core object has been found in some supernova remnants, leading to the possibility that some supernovae leave behind only gas and dust.

A White Dwarf is many times more dense.
After the supernova completes, it will become a neutron star or a black hole. These have far greater density than a White Dwarf.

Most times a supernova leads to neutron star at the core, you can compare this to a white dwarf as they are both very compact objects.
White Dwarf: 1e6 g/cm^3
Neutron Star: 1e14g/cm^3
Neutron stars are much more dense then white dwarfs b/c in a neutron star, the sturcture of the atom has collapsed and leaves only nuclear (mostly neutrons) matter. In a white dwarf, the neutron and protons are still in atomic form (i.e. atoms).

A white dwarf is pretty dense. A supernova has blown most of it's mass light years away, thus not very dense.

No. Bipolar is not split personality. It is a brain disorder. God has no brain therefore no disorder of the brain. If He has a split personality, it can be explained by theology. Ask a preacher or someone with an education.
