Yes you can though only usually lightly. Some people have periods right through pregnancy. Spotting is ok anything heavier and i would advise you see a doctor to get checked out. probably nothing to wory about but best to make sure. I bled slightly during first 3 months of each pregnancy. hope this helps.

yes , some people dont realise there pregnant because they bleed like a period. though i would get it checked out by your GP .

Yes - a little light "spotting" may be nothing to worry about but it wouldn't hurt to go to the surgery or to A&E. If there is any reason to suspect your baby might be in danger they will make you a priority.

yes you can, it could be normal harmless spotting, or it could be the sign of a disorder called placenta previa (which i currently have). make sure you take note how much blood there is and what color then discuss things with your doctor immediately so they can make a proper diagnosis for you and your baby.
