If I understand your question, the value for pi fits that. It's 3.14159..... and I think the latest calculations take it out to over 1,000,000 places with no termination and no repeat.

ADDED: Forgot to mention e, the base for natural logarithms (ln) -sometimes called Euler's Number or Napier's Number. That's 2.71828....., and it also continues infinitely.

the value of PI, i am certain never repeats, nor does it terminates. i am pretty certain this would be the correct answer.
