I just report it as spam. It's the only reporting I do. I don't do the thumbs down, just the 'spam' report. Sometimes, and I am sure others are doing the same thing, the spam is removed pretty quickly. If everyone does that, I think Yahoo pulls it pretty fast.

Nothing, don't worry about it because if they take action we will be the ones suffering
e.g. They'll be putting a lot of restrictions on the questions you ask and the answers you give
