how do I burn an audio cd from my mp3 collection so I can play it on my cd player in the car?

You can use Nero: http://www.nero.com

If your car player can't play MP3 natively then you'll have to make an "Audio CD" which converts MP3 to CD format. You can only fit about 15-20 songs on a CD this way.
If your car player does support MP3 natively, then just make a "Data CD" disc and load up the MP3 files, you can fit about 300 MP3 songs on a CD this way.

If you want to play mp3 music files you need the player in the car support this format.

To make an audio cd from mp3 files you can use windows media player like this:
1º put the cd in the recorder drive
2º select burn tab in WMP
3º select the mp3 files and click start burn

click on add music, select your mp3s and press "burn cd"; the programme will show you how much space is left on the blank cd
as you add each track

If you're in itunes, make a playlist of your songs, then click "burn playlist"

in WMP, go to the burn tab, and select the songs to burn
