A serious answer: I would bet that you are not a complete idiot and don't have your windows open or the heat off. So, it is probably poor insulation around the windows. You can buy a kit at the hardware store (or grocery-super store) that involves a sheet of plastic and your hair drier to keep the cold air out in the winter.

It's possible that you have some lingering spirits in there. I don't know why that makes it cold, but the same thing often happens if you're near the place where a person sucuumbs. OOOOOh!
Or, it might be that your heater's broken!
