Triple H could have beaten him, had it not been for the McMahon's as well as Estrada's interference. Triple H had the pinfall on him. So, my answer would be that Triple H can win a clean match against Umaga.

Undertaker, Kane, The Great Khali, Viscera and maybe Sabu. Anyone in Umaga's weight class probably can. But it does not matter, cuz Jon Cena wil beat down Umaga like the Samoan he is!!!!!!!!!!!

Cena will, but not today. They'll have Umaga win (but by DQ so Cena doesn't lose the title) and they'll keep up the feud til Royal Rumble and have Cena win in some sort of No-DQ match.

I think that the WWE will have Umaga win, as a transition champ because two faces can't fight each other (ie Cena can't fight HHH), so I think he will win.
