our world has a closed environmental cycle, molecules cycle as liquid, vapor, even ice, but are not normally destroyed. thus water consumed by the dinosaur returns to the cycle to loop forever.
we have been part of that loop for a long time, and there have been millions of cycles, it is in this manner we can be drinking the same water a dinosaur did 65 million years ago.

the molecule of water is made up of two atoms of Hydrogen and one atom of Oxygen.
These atoms of matter can neither be created nor destroyed. So they are eternal.
In addition the Water Cycle is such that water (including ALL the molecules it is made up of) is continually being recycled right from the time water existed on the planet even well before the time of the Dinosaur!

Because like many other things, water goes through a cycle. not only was it once swallowed by some creature millions of years ago, its most likely been through a few other peoples body systems aswell.
