El Nino was portrayed by Chris Farley as a wrestler in the 90's.

He would say things like:

"Yo soy El Nino!" "All other tropical storms shall bow to my power!"

Not sure if Global Warming has ever made an appearance on television.

Global warming refers to the annually increasing temperature averaged across the entire planet that has been observed in recent years.
El Nino is a pattern of unusually warm waters off the coast of Peru that causes secondary effects around the entire global. The El Nino Southern Osciallation (ENSO) refers to an oscillating pressure difference between Darwin, Australia and Tahiti, French Polynesia. During El Nino, the pressure pattern reduces in magnitude or reverses the easterly trade winds. This stops the upwelling of colder waters along the coast of Peru, resulting in warmer-than-normal ocean temps. The opposite happens during La Nina, where easterly trade winds are strengthened, resulting in more upwelling and cooler-than-normal ocean temps along the coast of Peru.
