He’s a disgrace! My aunt resides in Houston and during her visit last Christmas she told us how crime has jumped since the Katrina victims arrived. And I’m sure everyone has heard about some of the victims using their debit cards to purchase designer clothing and purses. Jupiter!
You would think by now the gentleman and I use the word loosely would have found a job by now. I hear the economy is much better in Houston than say Michigan where I am from.
I have mixed feelings about welfare because no one seems to blink an eye when it comes to corporate welfare. However this man is simply being greedy requesting that the government give him $20,000. I would love to know where he was living and earning when he resided in N.O.

Okay I'm not black but I think asking for 20,000 is a bit ridiculous. He should be thankful that his life was saved but no he's comparing being forced out of his home due to natural disaster to slavery. Give me a break the government just saved your life by making you leave and now you want 20000 i don't think so. Go find a job.
