Do they have different criteria? If so, what are they? Which award/s do you think is most credible?

Because the makeup of the bodies differs -- some are actors, some are viewers, and one (the biggie) is the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. As for credibility, who do you agree most with? The actors or the filmmakers? There's no wrong answer since it's all subjective.

Because the committees of different award-giving bodies are made up of different people. And different people have different opinions, likes, and dislikes.

Why should they? The have different criteria and even if they didn't, they do have different groups of voters.
